Public Sector Agile provides training, coaching, and advisory services for senior government leaders navigating digital transformation, agile delivery, and AI adoption.

We exist because most training in this space is designed for practitioners - the people doing the work. But senior leaders need something different. You need to lead, sponsor, and govern digital and agile programmes without becoming a practitioner yourself. You need the knowledge, language, and confidence to ask the right questions, make informed decisions, and create the conditions for your teams to succeed.

Our programmes are designed and delivered by Chris Preece - a senior practitioner with over 25 years of experience who currently coaches SCS 1-3 and G6 leaders across central government departments. In 2025, Chris trained over 100 senior civil servants and delivered practitioner training to 80+ Government Digital and Data professionals. His private sector experience includes leading a 600-person programme at a FTSE 100 financial services company.

This isn't consultancy. We don't write reports or deliver recommendations you already know. We give you the tools to lead with confidence in a domain that moves fast and doesn't always explain itself well.
